HANA
This lacquered vessel is shaped like cut glass with a pentagonal bottom and is named "hana (flower)" because it looks like a flower when you hold it upside-down. It combines straight lines and curves to make a cadent shape. It not only has beautiful features, it is easy to hold and fits in your hand comfortably.
There are two kinds of sizes, medium, and small. Needless to say, it makes tastes of beer, liquor, whiskey, or sake better. Also it can be used for hot tea. The Makiji finish which uses the mixture of Wajima jinoko(roasted, crushed, and sifted diatomaceous earth) and lacquer cannot be damaged easily because the high surface hardness.
