福岡・岩田屋本店 「輪島キリモト　暮らしを彩る漆の器展」のお知らせ

輪島漆器産地では、充分に落ち着かせた木材を活かして、布着せ後、珪藻土を焼成粉末した輪島地の粉を漆と掛け合わせて塗り込み、乾かして研ぐ作業を繰り返します。
完成した漆の器は、暮らしを彩る道具として永く使えるように育っていきます。
漆の椀、皿、鉢、カップ、片口、ぐい呑み、盆、プレート、カトラリーなどを展示販売いたします。
博多雑煮にも使える大きめの椀類などもご覧ください。

Exhibition “Urushi lacquerware which color to your daily life”
Period: From November 29th to December 5th
Venue : 6F of the annex building, Iwataya Main Store, Fukuoka

In the Wajima lacquerware production area, the vessels are covered with a cloth, coated with a base of a mixture of powdered Wajima jinoko (fired diatomaceous earth) and urushi lacquer. Then they are dried, and polished.
The finished urushi vessels grow to become long-lasting tools that add color to your daily life.
Urushi lacquer bowls, plates, bowls, cups, sake container, sake cups, trays, plates, cutlery, etc. will be exhibited and sold.
Please come and see the larger bowls and other items that can be used for Hakata Zoni, soup with rice cakes.

石川県輪島市にて、200年以上「木と漆」の仕事に携わってきた【輪島キリモト】
今に暮らしにとけ込むようなモノ作りに挑戦し続けています。
ホッと心温まるうるしの器、地元材あすなろを活かした木製品などをご紹介いたします。
職人の久保田啓介が在店し、豆カンナ実演を行いながら
皆様のご来店をお待ちしております。

Wajima Kirimoto has been working with wood and Urushi lacquer for over 200 years in Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
We continue to take on the challenge of creating products that blend in with daily life.
We will introduce you to heartwarming Urushi lacquerware and wooden products made from local wood, Asunaro.

Period: 13th, 2023 (Wednesday) to 19th (Tuesday) of September
11:00am to 8:00pm *Close at 6:00 p.m. on the last day.
Venue : Design Collection Event Space, 7th Floor of the main building, MATSUYA GINZA

During the exhibition period, Keisuke Kubota, a craftsman of Wajima Kirimoto, will be in the store while demonstrating the wood curving using tiny planers.

【　輪島キリモト 販売スタッフ募集（日本橋三越店）】

輪島キリモトは、石川県輪島にて200年以上木と漆の仕事に携わっています。
現在は、漆器木地・木製品などの加工を手掛けるとともに、毎日の暮らしの中で使える漆の器や小物・家具・建築内装材、木製品などの企画開発・デザインから製造・販売までを行なっています。
2004年に出店した「輪島キリモト・日本橋三越店」は、
2023年8月30日、新しく誕生したクリエーターズテーブルというスペースにリモデルオープンいたしました。
これまでも漆器・木製品の販売をはじめ、特注品・家具・建築内装のオーダーや修理などを承ってきました。
そして、これからも暮らしを温かくする木と漆のモノづくりを行ってまいります。
輪島キリモトの活動に興味があり、日本橋三越店での接客販売を中心として、他企画の在店・搬入出、事務作業など積極的にできる方を募集しています。
