2024年元日に発生した能登半島地震から、まもなく一年が経とうとしています。
この震災により、当ギャラリーで取り扱う輪島の作り手たちも甚大な被害を受けました。
さらに、9月には奥能登豪雨が被災地を襲い、輪島塗の伝統は今、岐路に立たされています。本展では、震災後の復興プロジェクトから生まれた輪島塗のシリーズや、木の自然な美しさを引き出したトレイや小皿など、輪島で奮闘する4社の品々を展示・販売いたします。心温まる漆と木の魅力に触れ、産地の輪をつなぎ、広げる2週間です。皆様のご来場を心よりお待ちしております。

It will soon be one year since the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on New Year’s Day, 2024.
The earthquake also caused extensive damage to the Wajima urushi lacqureware makers.
In addition, in September, the Oku-noto area was hit by torrential rains, and the tradition of Wajima-nuri is now at a crossroads. In this exhibition, we will display and sell items from four companies struggling in Wajima, including a series of Wajima-nuri urushi lacquerware born from a post-disaster reconstruction project and trays and small plates that bring out the natural beauty of the wood. This is a two-week event that connects and expands the circle of production areas by experiencing the heartwarming charm of urushi lacquer and wood. We look forward to seeing you at the exhibition.

「テーブルウェア・フェスティバル2024」

13回目の出展となります「テーブルウェア・フェスティバル」のご案内をさせていただきます。例年、年明けに開催されておりました「テーブルウェア・フェスティバル」でございますが、昨年より会期、場所が変更されています。

今回は2024年11月28日(木)〜12月4日(水)に「東京ドームシティ　プリズムホール」にて開催される事となりました。
輪島キリモトは、プリズムホール内　【ブースNo.８】に出展いたします。

昨年の5月から打ち合わせを始め、今年の5月に開催予定でしたが、元旦におこった震災により延期されました。

何度も打ち合わせを重ねて9月11日から16日にかけて「輪島の食祭」が阪神百貨店にて開催されます。

心が折れそうになりながらも前を向く輪島のみんなで出展いたします。

Urushi lacquer ware that was rescued by craftsmen, volunteers, and their families from a warehouse that was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake on January 1, 2024. Please take a look at the lacquer ware produced by the craftsmen, staff, and cooperating artisans of the Wajima Kirimoto workshop, which resumed business in April and May after a bit of reorganization and repairment.
